LME endeavours to
collect electric motors from companies, guaranteeing an efficient and timely service. Subsequently, these motors are sent to their treatment plants, where the different materials are dismantled and separated. Iron, aluminium and especially copper are extracted and separated using specific machinery, ready to be reused in new production processes.
Thanks to our experience and efficient management of the recovery process, up to 98% of the total weight of an electric motor can be recovered. This not only gives new life to valuable materials, but also contributes significantly to reducing environmental impact and promoting a more sustainable economy.
